Scope of supply:
 4700 pcs of DCP coated thread bar SAS 950/1050 f47mm with a total weight of 650 tons for micro pile system. 60.000 pcs of required accesories like anchor nuts, lock nuts, couplers, corrugated sheating, spacers, etc. 

Application:    

SAS thread bars used as micropiles under the building to protect the foundation against uplist forces due to high water uplift pressure. Concerning to the aggressive environment conditions the long term durability will be ensured by a double corrosion protection assembly. Therefore the SAS thread bar is placed in a corrugated sheathing pre-grouted by the contractor. So the SAS System can also be used for tensile loading in a durable application.
